The real intention behind the Russian Z marked peacekeepers has been to serve Armenian provocation but not to keep peace in the Azerbaijani territories

Today, Azerbaijani civil society members by gathering together use their constitutional rights to restore justice and peace in the Karabakh economic region.

The trilateral statement signed on 2020 November 10, shows that the Russian peacekeeping contingent stationed in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan has not fulfilled its tasks for the past 2 years. According to the statement, the peacekeeping contingent was to be deployed in parallel with the withdrawal of the Armenian armed forces. However, the peacekeepers have settled down, but Armenian illegal armed groups remain in the territories of Azerbaijan. Since the agreement is achieved the illegal Armenian armed groups are still stationed in the territories of Azerbaijan, not yet withdrawn, and they continue the transportation of weapons and ammunition to the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan. The internationally recognized territories of Azerbaijan are being militarized in front of peacekeepers. It is worth highlighting that recently the engineering-fortification units of the Azerbaijan Army discovered a new anti-personnel minefield buried by illegal Armenian armed groups in the northern direction of Saribaba Height (Lachin region of Azerbaijan). According to the discovered landmines, the year of production is 2021. İt is a clear example that landmines have been planted after achieving trilateral statements. Using the Lachin corridor for these purposes is incompatible with the principles of the trilateral agreement. The Azerbaijani army positions are regularly fired upon by the illegal Armenian armed group in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed. Such events show that the peacekeepers support the implementation of provocative activities by Armenia against Azerbaijan. Moreover, a group of people of Iranian citizens arrived in the Karabakh economic region by passing through the posts of Russian peacekeepers. This once again reveals the non-peaceful activities of the peacekeepers. Last but not the least, Armenian side still continue their unlawful exploitation of natural resources of Azerbaijan, especially cold, in the presence of Russian peacekeepers. Thus, so-called Russian peacekeepers by showing support for Armenian provocation violate the principals of the trilateral agreement.
