Turkish diplomatic missions celebrate Republic Day

Separate celebrations held in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, North Macedonia, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

Turkish diplomatic missions across the world celebrated the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye on Tuesday. Embassies in the US, Lebanon, China, Iraq, Nigeria, Cameroon, Egypt and Iran and the Turkish Consulate General in Jerusalem were among the diplomatic missions that held receptions for Republic Day. Separate celebratory activities were held in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, North Macedonia, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In the Azerbaijani capital of Baku, a ceremony to mark the 101st anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye was held at the Turkish Martyrs' Memorial.
